My appointment @ Elevate Dermatology was one of the most enjoyable doctor appointments I can remember. Everyone was pleasant, from the reception desk, to the kind young woman who checked me and did an initial evaluation and of course the doctor who examined me. I felt listened to and cared for. All of my questions were answered and it was a very nice experience.

The staff were all amazing and welcoming. Dr. Koss was very thorough with my examination and took her time. I didn’t feel rushed at all, like sometimes when you go to the doctors. Very personal and would recommend highly.

The staff is extremely professional, attentive and friendly. I had a great experience with Dr. Koss and her assistant. They both were very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable.

My first appointment with Elevate Dermatology was wonderful! The office is clean and beautiful. The friendly, welcoming and professional medical staff are top notch! Waiting time is minimal!!
