Dr Koss is amazing because she is thorough and precise with her treatment plan. I took my daughter with difficult to treat acne. And she is getting better! I highly recommend. Also her office is clean and modern. And her staff is lovely and attentive.

She is friendly and genuine. Dr. Koss takes the time to listen to all your needs/concerns. Monica at the front desk is personable, welcoming, and greets you with a smile. Dr. Koss and Monica truly take the time to get to know their patients. It sets you at ease from the minute you walk in. I am so glad I found Elevate Dermatology! They have become our family dermatologists, and we couldn't be more pleased.
